When sending us a cheque or money order, please make sure that you send it to us within 7 days of placing your order. If you don’t, you’ll risk your order being cancelled.

When paying by cheque or money order, your order will be dispatched once the funds are cleared (generally up to 7 working days).

Returns Policy:
Please choose your items carefully, due to the personal nature of our products we do not exchange items once they are dispatched, based on change of mind, unless the item/s are faulty.

We will provide you with a refund (in the same form as which you paid for the item) or an exchange for the item when:

• You have bought something from us that is faulty OR
• You have received your purchase from us and the item was different from what you ordered from us.

Before contacting us regarding a faulty item that uses batteries, please check that you:  

• Are using the right type of batteries
• Have the batteries inserted correctly
• Ensure that the battery contacts are in a suitable position
• We suggest you try a second set of brand new batteries

If your item is rechargeable, please ensure:

• It is fully charged
• And that you have turned it on correctly

To return a faulty item, you need to:

• Contact us as soon as you become aware of the fault or mismatch.
• Let us know when you purchased the item
• Description of what the problem is
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange for the item
• Check the batteries as outlined above
• Please keep the original packaging and any proof of purchase

Once you have checked these things, we'll be happy to look into giving you a refund or exchange.

If we give you a refund, we will reimburse any reasonable postage costs that you have spent in sending the item back to us. If we give you an exchange, we will pay the postage costs of sending the replacement item to you. We recommend that you return your item to us via registered post, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

All prices exclude any local taxes, tariffs or charges and hence these may be charged on goods by local authorities at delivery outside of Australia.
